I’m convinced we are scared of showing our true colors.

We inherently think we are the only ones dealing with the condition and strife of the human condition, and if anyone sees us in a fragile state, we will not be accepted and loved.

That could not be farther from the truth.

If anything, showing moments of emotional outpour and processing when it comes to hitting obstacles and challenges is good for us. Science proves it.

So why still do we get embarrassed when we cry over a situation gone wrong, scream in disappointment, and swear in disbelief?

In this week’s episode of Live Your Truth Now, I share how getting pulled over by a cop (sorry, Mom and Dad 😂) helped me overcome my fear of creating content.

I also discuss why you’re not alone in anything you’ve experienced and how you can show more about who you are without fear or embarrassment.

You can listen to the episode here.

Mike

P.S. - I am looking to interview a few people for some insights on a new project I’m working on.
